I was tasked with creating a concept for the University of Worcester that would sit online as a digital prospectus. My idea was to create a digital experience that helped prospective students to explore Worcester, meet the right people and experience university life.
Features included persona pairing, which gave the prospective student the option of pairing up with a digital guide that would talk them through university life and serve up relevant content based on a series of simple questions. A virtual open day was also a key feature in the experience, which helped the user explore Worcester through an interactive map, showcasing key areas that could be filtered down into categories such as study, music, culture etc. Social aggregation also played a key part, acting as a wall of knowledge passed down by seasoned students.
