I was recently asked to create a visual identity for The Gabriel Trust, a charitable foundation specifically set up in partnership with Alder Hey Children’s Hospital. This partnership would launch and promote an innovation award and provide funding to help bring new medical/tech ideas to life.
My idea was based on the concept ‘bright spark’, which fed into all areas of the identity. To make up the visual assets I tried to visualise what a spark of innovation and energy looked like. Bright colours, gradients and random facets all felt appropriate and fitting to the overall concept.
