I worked on a pitch for Go Compare to coincide with their on-going TV campaign ‘llandofsavingmoney’. The concept was to create a digital town that featured all the landmarks in the TV campaign – Energyprice Falls, Clarity Moors, Cheaperpetinsurance Mews, Car Insurance Downs etc.
The town acted as an online interactive hub that contained information, games, events and social campaigns. The user would explore the town and click on hot spots that served up more content.
An isometric illustrative design was decided upon, which would allow new areas to be built over time as the campaign developed. Animation and interactive elements would play a large part in the project helping to bring the town to life.
